This presentation will provide you with the basic mechanisms and functions of critical parts of the brain involved in the relapse process! Individuals will have a better understanding of how the different parts are catalyst in relapse and how to identify where they get stuck and how to go about moving through the primal, emotional and up to the executive function part of the brain when faced with triggering stimulus!
How the emotional pleasure reward center is a huge factor in relapse and how to get the higher function back on line to avoid the relapse!
