What is Certemy?

IBADCC has launched a new fully online platform for submitting applications and renewals for IBADCC certifications. This platform allows professionals to submit all applications and renewal documents 100% online as they complete them. Additionally, this allows the IBADCC staff to continually approve and provide timely feedback for applications/renewals. The purpose of this is to hopefully streamline the application process and to improve communications between IBADCC and you.

Where is Certemy? How do I log in?


If you are already certified through IBADCC but are new to Certemy, an account has been created for you. Your email is your registered email with IBADCC. Password: Certemy2020!

I applied before Certemy launched, what happened to it?

All applicants who were in process when the Certemy platform launched have had their application files added to Certemy. If you are missing parts of your application, please contact ibadcc@ibadcc.org.

How do I start a new application?

If you wish to start a new application, you can add an eligibility to your profile by visiting our website and clicking the appropriate Application tab under the Certification drop-down.

This will redirect you to the Certemy site where you will be prompted to sign in (or create an account if you are new to IBADCC). If you have a certification but have not logged in before, your default password is Certemy2020! (Please feel free to change this once you are in your account).


Once you log in, the new eligibility will be added to your credentials and should be able to start submitting your application files. Once submitted, your application files are reviewed by the IBADCC staff and the education committee.

Why wasn't my education approved?

IBADCC maintains a list of approved providers who are authorized to provide CEUs for professionals certified through IBADCC. The organization you submitted is simply not on that list. This does not necessarily mean that your education is invalid or cannot be approved.

If the submitted education was “In-Service” training, please resubmit and include “In-service” in the title.

IBADCC also recognizes the approval of several national and state organizations which approve CE trainings. These organizations include:

Our staff was unable to find any documentation of them being approved by one of the above organizations, nor could we find it listed on the certificate you provided. If you are able to find and provide documentation, you may resubmit your education alongside the documentation of approval (uploading both documents to Certemy).

You may also contact your education provider to see if they are able to provide documentation of approval and/or a CE provider number through NBCC or a similar organization.

If you are having trouble logging in, try resetting your password from the log in page.
